When Chester travelled to Bradford City earlier in the week and lost, their unbeaten away record went with it. But they have a great chance tomorrow to right things, by again making the trip to Bradford, this time for the FA cup 1st round. Chester’s form in the league has been good, and a lot of the players will hope to get to the 3rd round and try themselves against a Premiership team, Bradford stand between Chester and this goal.

City’s manager told the official site:

‘We’ll go away and lick our wounds and we come back here on Saturday’.

‘We’ll look forward to that, we’ll get the boys rested up and start working again on Thursday, come here on Saturday and hopefully get a better result’.

‘I feel that on our day we’re a better team than Bradford but we’ve got to prove that. That’s our challenge for Saturday’.

He won’t have to do much firing up in the dressing room, revenge is on the cards.
