Darlington midfielder Adrian Webster could be set for a place in the side to face The Blues on Saturday after returning unscathed from international duty with New Zealand.

The 25-year-old won his second and third caps for his country as Ricki Herbert’s side recorded 1-0 and 2-1 wins over Malaysia in late February.

And Quakers boss David Hodgson believes Webster has returned to the TFM Darlington Arena refreshed and raring to go.

‘He is back, fit, well, happy and with a big smile on his face. He has some more international caps and has been called up again in April,’ he said.

‘Because of all of that he’s bouncing. Let’s make the most of that and get him involved on Saturday because it’s a big plus.’
