Chester City entertain there nearest rivals on Wednesday night in an eagerly anticipated League Two encounter and police based in the City are preparing to make sure everything runs smoothly in an around the Saunders Honda Stadium.

‘There will be an extremely high police presence in Chester on the 12th April. Violence or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated,’ explained PC Gerry Allcock from Cheshire Police. He says they are hoping that fans behave themselves and there’s no repeat of the trouble that has been experienced in the past.
