Chester City Mark Wright today spoke of his disappointment with The Blues forward players.

Reflecting after the goaless draw at Spotland, Wright demonstrated his frustration at an all round good performance being flawed by all opportunities to bring home three points not being exploited.

The City manager said ‘I think it’s something we need to address as a club. I think we need to add somebody to the forward line because when you play like that you have to score and you have to finish teams off, so it’s very disappointing for us.’

City are next in action when they face Hartlepool United for the first time in six years, this Friday evening with a 7.45pm kick off.

We’ll have a full preview of the tie here at Vital Chester City later in the week.
